How it works

1

Find your patterns

A 36-question quiz finds which of 18 common OCD themes fit you. Most people relate to several.

2

Practise on your terms

Graded exercises for each theme, from mild to hard, or write your own. The timer keeps running while you're away.

3

Log urges in the moment

Note an urge in seconds, whether you sat with it or not, and add your own triggers.

4

See it change

Week, month and year views show how much you've practised and how your starting distress is moving.

What it won't do

It won't tell you you're fine.

Reassurance is a compulsion, and feeding it is the opposite of what ERP is for. Kairos helps you practise sitting with not knowing instead.

Private by design

No ads. Nothing sold.

Your records are yours, in your own account, and are never shared or sold.

Off unless you say so

Crash reports and usage data are two separate switches, and both start off.

Yours to delete

Export everything, or delete your account from inside the app.
